Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections. If your order exceeds the expected shipping timeframe by more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee covers defective or damaged items and products lost in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Menina Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, and carrier details so that you may contact the shipping provider.
